Customers who wish return their merchandises must call Customer services and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from customer service representative. RMA number must appear outside the shipping box in very clearly visible large letters.
No return merchandises will be accepted without a valid RMA number and will be return back to the customer on customer’s expenses.
